By accessing or using Blank Studio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You retain ownership of all artwork and designs you upload. By using Blank Studio you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and print your artwork solely to fulfil your orders and provide the service. You warrant that you have the right to use every element of the artwork you upload.
You may not upload artwork that infringes intellectual property rights, contains hate speech, promotes violence, or is otherwise illegal. We may refuse to produce any order at our discretion.
All prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise and are recalculated server-side at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where a pricing or availability error has occurred.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blank Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from the settings page.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Luxembourg City, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
