Because every Blank Studio product is custom-printed to your artwork, we can't accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, wrong size selected, or incorrect artwork submitted. Please double-check your mockup and size chart before ordering.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or is materially different from your approved mockup, we will replace it or refund it in full. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Report any damage caused during shipping within 7 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm the claim. Shipping costs are only refunded when the return is due to our error.
